AAMM succeeded at first instance in a case where it advised the 12 municipalities of the district of Bragança on issues of public law.
The judgment of the court recognises that the emergency medical helicopter service must remain in place because its withdrawal would seriously prejudice the public interest. This case was led by the partner who heads the public law practice, Paulo de Moura Marques.
