The Eurostars Oásis Plaza Hotel, which belongs to the Hotusa group, was inaugurated in Figueira da Foz on 12 September, in a ceremony attended by several leading figures, including the deputy prime-minister, Paulo Portas, the mayor of Figueira da Foz, João Ataíde and the chairman of the Hotusa group, Amancio López, together with other figures linked to the tourism industry.
The hotel is considered to be one of the most modern and avant-garde hotels in the country.
